The nation's beloved host returns
for the 25th season!
Mike Tanley has hosted TOSSED OFF since its 4th season, replacing the beloved Chet Bastardly, who exploded during the shooting of the previous season.
Mike has become a fixture on Tossed Off, both for the million(s) of viewers who watch the show, and for the local natives who live on Pariah Island, who lovingly call him "Big Gunshot Mouth Violator."
Before joining the Network to host Tossed Off, Mike was a big game hunter, a journalist, an international pharmaceutical importer and a stage magician. Prior to that, Mike was an Army Medic, an archaeologist, a windsurfer and a paramilitary entertainer. During his early years, Mike was a beat poet, a serial arsonist and a lamb slaughterer.
He has said publicly that he regrets the journalism.
As a young child, Mike Tanley enjoyed setting up elaborate mazes for backyard ants, some of which included intricate water traps and precocious flame throwing devices. His mother was quite proud.
For the 25th season of Tossed Off, Mike has been given an added level of autonomy over the game by the Network, allowing him almost complete freedom to create team challenges on-the-fly, and to unilaterally decide the outcomes of individual contests.
Ever humble, this newfound authority hasn't gone to Mike's head, though. Says our host, "No way. It's completely gone to my head. Now get out of my sauna, and tell that little Filipina to get in here with her Ben Was."
